Order Cancellations & Changes
For Design cakes,
Cancellations and modifications must be made at least 14 days prior to the fulfillment date.
All payments must be made no later than 14 days prior to the fulfillment date.
Orders cancelled with more than 14 days notice will receive a full refund.
For seasonal desserts,
Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the fulfillment date.
All payments must be made no later than 2 days prior to the fulfillment date.
Orders cancelled with more than 2 days notice will receive a full refund.
Due to perishable nature of our products, Le Cake doesn’t accept returns, provide refunds or exchanges.
Pickup
Customers can pick up cakes in Saratoga, near Prospect Rd and Miller Ave.
All the orders should be picked up on the fulfillment date.
